This Page Was Created On August 13, 2008 Kal Stevens From CT. has been a great customer for quite a while now. Like all of us, he works on his HO Scale to keep his sanity (But sometime you lose it while working on your layout like us :} ). He has a modern era layout which has been really taken shape in the past few months. As promised, below are some more photos that Kal was kind enough to share with us for our enjoyment. Another quiet evening in the residential area of Kal-Town. A nicely done typical suburbia scene so common throughout the Northeast United States.
Grabbing a slice with pepperoni & onion down at Casa Bella's Pizzeria. Yep, that is a M&M building that Kal placed on his layout. It is lighted with a complete interior and lighted trestle sign. I wonder if the Shelby Cobra parked outside it is a kit car or a real Shelby? Hummmm, some rich HO scale people living there in Kal-Town.
Saturday in the park in Kal-Town. Sometime the simplest scenes on a layout have the best effect. With a little hill, some trees, swings, slide, merry-go-round benches a few scale people and Ta-Da ! You can almost hear the kids yelling !
Always improving something in Kal-Town ! Here we see the town's DPW and law enforcement out doing something. Here the town's worker and road dept. are out looking busy. There will be a lot more of Kal's layout in the next update. Thank you once again Kal !
