Some are based on prototype structures and companies in the NJ /NY / PA area.  There is a mixtures of heavy industry , light industry, commercial and even utility !

GREYHOUND BUS MAINTENANCE FACILITY

  The one thing all pre-made and kit bus terminals don't include are maintenance facilities. When buses come in for their stops, bigger terminals have a facility for fuel, washing, oil, toilet cleanout and other maintenance work.  We recreated this for your layout !  Here are the specs on it:

Based on the actual building in the Atlanta, GA , it was featured in an article with plans in the Sept. 1992 issue of Railroad Model Craftsman. Makes a great roadside or trackside structure.  Lots of details and character in this little structure.  Lighted front dock and rear shed area.  Here are the specs on it:

THE RIGHT SIDE WALL HAS A ELECTRICAL SERVICE AND METER PAN, PHONE WIRE BRIDGE AND INTERFACE BOX AND A NON WORKING LAMP AND SHADE.
ROOF DETAILS INCLUDES 2 VENTILATORS, SMOKEJACK AND PLUMBING VENTS.
ALL WOOD STAINED WITH FLOQUIL STAINS (YES WE STILL HAVE THEM ).
