PASSAIC, NJ's MONTAUK ADULT THEATRE

Based on a actual (Now Closed) adult theater in Passaic, NJ features a custom lighted marquee, LED lighting under the marquee, adult movie posters, custom graphics. Even has 2 smaller stores (A Chinese Restaurant and a Photo Store) within the structure  9" x 5-1/4"

ROSS'S BOXING GYM

A boxing gym is perfect for that section of town. Complete with full interior that is unreal ! Lighted , custom graphics and more. A view of the lighted interior of the gym. Even a little "Mickey" insode the gym looking at the boxers in the ring. Footprint 2-3/8" x 5"

SKIPPER'S GO-GO CLUB

That is right, take a City Classics West End Market and convert it into a go-go bar. Well that is what we done here. complete with neon windows, custom light up facade signs and 10 mini-clear globe lights, this model stick out big time on your pike.

THE DEN GENTLEMEN'S CLUB

Another upscale "Booby" bar. Features a custom textured painted exterior, custom lighted sign and "harder lighting" neon windows. LED entry lighting and more . A night view of the club. Notice the :LED lighting and the sign and windows. 9" X 11"
